Photo du Jour: France, Paris, 2010. Self-Portrait with droopy friend. You might notice above said droopy friend it says INKI. Extensively brief research shows that this refers to: "Inki is a little African boy who usually dresses in a simple loincloth, armband, legband, earrings, and a bone through his hair. He never speaks, and his usual pastime seems to be hunting jungle creatures."

Here we have an authentic piece of "outsider" art on Playa Hermosa, Uvita, Costa Rica rivaling all the "great conceptual masters". See also http://www.panoramio.com/photo/13564777

Costa Rica, Heredia, 2011. There are only a million buses on the road in Latin America at any one moment in time. And there are only a million people paying to get on those buses at any moment in time. Trillions of billions of exchanges of money for movement. The leaf cutter ants of our time. Before our lemming moment.

Florida, Sarasota, 2011. Here we have a pig that has been killed and then roasted and put on a table and cut up. Of course, it is adorable with glasses, a hat and a hawaiian lei. This was on the street during the "Thunder on the Bay" 'celebration' during which the indigenous native motorcycle bikers of a certain age bring their black leather, tatoos, piercings, and their incredibly expensive hunks of steel and noise together to look at each other.

Photo du Jour: San Francisco Art Institute, 1974. Here is a photo shot with the 1/2 frame camera and 2475 recording film. The film handles the flash in its own particular way and grain structure is pronounced. This is my friend Barbara whose last name I have forgotten and who I know nothing of after that time.
